1. IS IT COMPULSORY TO REGISTER OR SIGN IN TO PLACE AN ORDER ON HTTP://WWW.AEROSOFT.CO.TH?
No, there is no requirement to register online to place an order. However, we highly recommend the customers register / sign up at www.aerosoft.co.th as it makes it easy for you to track your orders and also fastracks the ordering process for future transactions by saving basic information such as address and contact details.
2. HOW DO I REGISTER OR SIGN IN ON HTTP://WWW.AEROSOFT.CO.TH?
Registering on http://www.aerosoft.co.th is very simple and should take no longer than 2 minutes.
3. I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT
We don’t create accounts without your permission. In the event of not being to sign-in, there may be a chance that you have not created an account. Simply click here to create a new account.
All of your order history is saved with us. As soon as you create the account with the email ID associated with your previous orders, you will be able to see your complete order history.

4. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AND HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Ordering products on http://www.aerosoft.co.th is easy.
- View product(s) > select product > select size > add to cart > checkout, enter billing & shipping information > make a payment > complete purchase.
- Once the order is placed, a confirmation page will appear on screen and you will simultaneously receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
5. CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS AT A TIME?
Of course! You may order as many products and as large a quantity as you wish. Please add all the selected products to the cart and then checkout. By doing this, all the products you wish to buy could be purchased in a single transaction.
6. CAN I LEAVE PRODUCTS IN MY CART AND PURCHASE THEM IN THE FUTURE?
Yes, you can. However, the price and the availability of the products in the shopping cart are shown on a real time basis. Therefore, there may be a possibility that the availability or price of the product might change from the time you added the products to the shopping cart.

We accept all major Credit / Debit cards (Master, VISA). We also accept Master & VISA International cards.
9. THE SCREEN TIMED OUT WHILE TRANSACTING. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT CONFIRMATION, BUT MY ACCOUNT GOT DEBITED.
Sometimes, due to a weak internet connection or network errors, the screen times out during a transaction. You may not receive a confirmation that the payment has gone through. In such unlikely cases, the order placement is considered to be unsuccessful. Extremely rarely, money may be debited from your credit card or net banking account. If so, it will be credited back via the same channel in 3-7 working days.

The standard delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days from the time the order is placed. We offer quick delivery for products that are available in stock. We kindly request that you read our shipping policy and refer to the shipping details on the product page whilst ordering.
*Working days exclude Sundays and Public holidays.
13. HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER / SHIPMENT?

Shipping is absolutely free for all prepaid orders (Thailand only.)
15. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid by you (in the case of pre-paid orders) will be refunded and returned to your account within three to seven working days.
16. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can choose to return the product up to 7 days from the date you receive the order. Click here if you would like to return your product. We will arrange a reverse pick up for you if you opt for this option – simply send the details (item, order no., address etc.) of the reverse pick up in your email. YWe request that you keep the package securely packed, ready to hand over for collection.
We also accept returns couriered to us following the steps outlined below:
- 1. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are properly and securely packed to avoid the possibility of them becoming damaged on the way. Please also attach a note mentioning your order number and name to help us process your return.
- 2. We try hard to accept all returns. However, returns are treated as valid only if all seals, labels, and barcodes are intact and as long as the original container is securely packed. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box only.
- 3. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to the customer, with the customer liable for courier charges.

- 6. We must receive the product within 15 days of the original delivery date, otherwise we shall not be able to accept your return.
Please note that any requests for refunds or exchange will be processed only after receiving the package at our warehouse.
17. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR THE ORDER WHICH I CANCELLED OR RETURNED?
Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the package. We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact
All orders will be refunded through aerosoft store credits which could be used on http://www.aerosoft.co.th for future purchases. The store credits will be issued and sent to your email only once we receive your returns and the same are approved by our Quality Check (QC) department.
You can also opt for a Bank Refund. All you have to do is inform us via phone or email and we shall be process your refund accordingly.
18. ON DELIVERY, CAN I RETAIN PART OF MY ORDER AND RETURN THE REMAINING UNWANTED PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately, we regret to say that courier personnel will not be able to accept such requests. We suggest that you accept the order and separately contact our helpdesk to arrange for the return of the products that you do not wish to keep.
